Cancellation & No-Show Policy To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy: • We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. •You must have a card on file when booking to reserve your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • Arriving late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the full service fee may still apply. • All deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service. We understand that life happens and appreciate your communication whenever possible. This policy allows us to respect our time and accommodate other clients on our waitlist.
